Media Harmony
WordPress plugin for managing website files
- Role: UX Designer, Product Design, UI Design
Media Harmony is a WordPress plugin that helps site owners find and remove unused media files, keeping media libraries lean and site performance high.
I designed the plugin's dashboard around a scannable table of unlinked files — file type, size, ID, and path at a glance — with per-row Preserve and Delete actions, file-type filters, and a bulk delete for clearing everything at once. A file type breakdown chart gives an at-a-glance sense of what's taking up space.
Because deleting media is irreversible, the design leans on clear safeguards: preserve-first framing, size warnings on unexpectedly large files, and a dedicated FAQ and support page answering the questions users have before they commit.
